Our Lemon Cupcakes and Lemon Meringue Cake Slices will be ready next week! These are so cute. I was originally going to take these to the markets only but I think I'll list some online as well. They are scented with pure lemongrass essential oil so they are 100% natural, and would make a lovely little gift.
Cake Slices - these came out in three different sizes ... ahh, the beauty of handmade! Lol. The smallest ones are 75g-85g and will be $4.00, the middle size around 100g for $5.00, and I have a couple of larger 120g pieces for $6.00 each.
Cupcakes - these are a hefty 140-150g size, and will be $7.00 each.

ReplyDeleteI love the colour and texture of these Erin - and lemongrass is lovely. In the cafe industry they have these nifty 'portioning' things that they overlay over cakes to give accurate sizing. You can get different gauges - like 14 slice, 18 etc. Personally, I love the handcut individuality and the price by weight is a perfect solution.
