I've been saving my most colourful soap off-cuts to make this pretty, stained-glass effect in a batch of soap. The base is chock full of skin-loving french green clay, and it's scented with a blend of lavender, petitgrain, clary sage and juniper berry. Quite fresh and floral, and pretty I think!
... also just a quick update on the limited edition Christmas soaps: Candy Cane has sold out. If you didn't get your chance to grab one of these, don't fret, I have another batch curing to be ready by 2nd December.

Awesome!!
ReplyDeleteLooks gorgeous and I will bet that it smells wonderful too!
I have made some off-cut soaps as well... none quite as gorgeous as this one. Wow! Beautiful!! xo Jen
ReplyDeleteOh Erin, these are so inspired and beautiful! I will be featuring a Danish soap maker soon, who has done similar work but more somber in color. Has your stained glass soap got a name yet?
ReplyDeleteAlso, I must be a lucky one because as I write this Candy Cane is sitting in its whole loveliness in front of me :)
It looks great!
ReplyDeletePretty!! Reminds me of confetti!
ReplyDeleteI can't even imagine how do you make those amazing peaks.
ReplyDeleteLOOK at the topping! Erin, this is amazing. I was viewing this on my blackberry...then had to see it on the big screen! Amazing x
ReplyDeleteVery cool. Reminds me of the Brach Candy you buy in the grocery store that you buy by weight. Yum delish!
ReplyDeleteThanks everyone :)
ReplyDeleteJulia - no it doesn't have a name yet. I was thinking maybe 'Sea Glass'.
Gorgeous! It looks like precious stones in the snow! And the topping is perfect!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous as always!
ReplyDeleteIt's so beautiful!! The colors really do stand out and they all go together so nicely. :)
ReplyDeleteHermosísimo, precioso jabón... me encanta tu trabajo y lo sigo habitualmente.
ReplyDeleteEnhorabuena,
Sabons Carmeta
Very pretty! I'm adding it to my list of "soaps to try next" I like the name "confetti" that Lori mentioned.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful as always!
ReplyDeleteSo pretty! You have just the right amount of "bits" in there. And the colors are lovely.
